SEAN KEHOE
Sean Kehoe has been a Firefighter/EMT for over a decade. Sean has served as a Paramedic for 7 years. He has a Degree in Paramedic Science. Sean is a Torrance Fire CPR and EMT instructor. He has been a Torrance Fire C.E.R.T. instructor for 4 years as well as a California State certified C.E.R.T. instructor for FEMA as well as a member of the TEMS (Tactical Emergency Medical Service) Team .
Howell Bradley
Howell Bradley has been a Firefighter for over fourteen years. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for one tour of duty. Howell is a Torrance Fire C.E.R.T. instructor. He is also a California State certified C.E.R.T. instructor for FEMA.

Circle of Safety was founded by Los Angeles Area Firefighters Sean Kehoe and Howell Bradley. Our mission has always been is to enable all citizens, both corporate and private, to handle disaster. Our staff of highly trained professionals will help you develop a plan to ensure your organization’s survival.
We will train your team on the skills needed to recognize, respond and recover from a major emergency or disaster situation.
Our Experience
All Circle of Safety instructors are skilled fire and medical professionals in their area of instruction and have the following technical certifications: American Heart Association, Hazardous Materials, WMD Terrorism, Urban Search and Rescue, Trench Rescue, and Confined Space Rescue.
Our classes are designed to give you, as a first responder at the scene of a disaster, the ability to save lives.
